Crome provided concept and schematic design services, planning, design review and permit services. Mollie Stone’s Sausalito market was facing renewed completion from nearby Woodlands and Good Earth and needed an update to one of their top performing stores. Interior improvements were completed that rearranged the departments and improved flow to new focal areas such as cheese, produce and wine departments. A new coffee vendor was added as well Exterior improvements include new landscaping and a new outdoor seating area with fire pit. The entire façade was renovated with new steel trellis, signage and wood composite siding. it also includes a living green wall.
