Midtown Shopping Center

MIDTOWN SHOPPING CENTER

Thinking outside the box (or the property lines, in this case), Crome Architecture transformed and re-branded this small, nondescript strip center into an chic industrial shopping village, by tying in the aesthetics of its upscale neighbor, Whole Foods supermarket.

Blurring the lines between the two properties, the design of Midtown Shopping Center took advantage of the success of the neighboring tenant and encouraged spillover business. Working closely with the owner/developer, the transformation of the center was achieved within a modest budget and with minimal impact to the existing structure, assuring minimal disruption and continuous tenancy for the center.
