BATCH & BRINE
This is a new restaurant that serves handcrafted burgers with an emphasis on quality of ingredients, and designed to create a casual dining experience. The challenge was to create an open, comfortable and inviting indoor-outdoor atmosphere, with the bar being the focal point.
The bar is sculpted with a concrete counter and the wood face that is inviting to touch. The curved flare of the interior creates visibility and communication that can easily flow, and guests can feel connected at all times. The layout is made with the thought that the restaurant can function as one large connected dinning room, yet the lounge seating provides temporary & private nooks.
The exterior is wrapped in reclaimed wood with carefully placed sections of living wall. They are filled with indigenous succulents, festival lighting, a fire pit and comfortable seating, making this a unique outdoor seating experience.
